PDF guides, templates and premium reports (Business Valuation Report, Currency Hedging Report) are digital content delivered instantly or within the timeframe stated on each product. Once a digital product has been downloaded or a premium report delivered, it is non-refundable.
If a file cannot be downloaded or arrives damaged, email hola@criteriofinanciero.com.co and we will resend or fix it at no cost.
Redacta plans are paid month to month with no automatic charges. If you do not renew, the plan returns to free. The current month is non-refundable once the license code has been activated.
Full refund if we do not deliver within the agreed timeframe set out in the accepted proposal. This guarantee applies only to custom websites and ghostwriting.
The timeframe starts when we receive payment and the information needed to begin. Delays caused by scope changes or missing information on your side extend it by the same amount of time.
